From Solar Energy to Resource Reuse: Toyboss Presented Sustainability Initiatives at Shuttle Fest + Ecoadam
Last weekend, Toyboss Group participated in Shuttle Fest + Ecoadam, a festival dedicated to sustainable urban development, environmental awareness, and city greening.
During the event, the company's environmental specialist Saida Chubarova presented the concept “From Nomadic Heritage to Circular Economy,” demonstrating how traditional resource-efficient practices can be applied in modern production.
Special attention was given to the company’s solar power plant launched in 2026. According to monitoring data, the facility generated more than 1,660 MWh of clean electricity during its first months of operation. This helped prevent more than 81.5 tons of CO₂ emissions, equivalent to the environmental impact of preserving over 11,000 trees.
Another example of efficient resource use is the company’s heat recovery system. Thermal energy generated by refrigeration compressors is reused to heat water for sanitation processes, staff facilities, and the company canteen. As a result, approximately 420,000 kWh of energy is returned to the production cycle annually.
The presentation also highlighted the principle of full resource utilization. The group operates a closed-loop production chain: poultry farming → slaughtering → meat processing → by-product processing → agriculture. Biological by-products are converted into meat-and-bone meal and feed fat for agricultural use.
For Toyboss Group, sustainability is not a separate project but an integral part of its production culture and long-term strategy focused on responsible resource management and environmental stewardship.
