Toyboss Sandwich Factory Opened in Bishkek
On August 30, the official opening of the "Snack Foods" factory (under the "Toyboss Sandwiches" brand) took place in Bishkek, at 2/3B Ch. Valikhanov Street.
The grand opening ceremony was attended by the Vice Mayor of Bishkek, Jamalbek Yrsaliev, and the Akim of the Oktyabr District, Janybek Orozaliev.
The launch of the "Snack Foods" ("Toyboss Sandwiches") factory marks a significant step in the development of the food industry both in Kyrgyzstan and the entire region. It is the only large-scale enterprise in Central Asia specializing in snack food production. The factory has an annual production capacity of over 18 million units.
This scale is made possible by cutting-edge global technologies, including REVENT and MIWE rotary ovens and the Fritsch dough preparation line. Notably, no other factory in Central Asia is equipped with such advanced machinery.
The automated production line ensures a seamless supply of buns for sandwiches and hamburgers. The accessibility of all oven components also simplifies the cleaning process.
The new "Snack Foods" factory has created 294 new jobs, providing employment opportunities for local residents and improving the economic situation in the region.
The Toyboss brand strictly controls the raw materials supplied to the factory. All production processes comply with Halal principles, certified by the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan and the Kyrgyzstan Halal Industry Development Center.
